the health and diseases

Health is the most important thing in our life. So, we need to keep it from diseases. Sometimes the people cause their illness. At first, they do not do at least an (some) exercise every day to keep their body more flexible. Secondly, they do not have the experience to choose the healthy foods. They always depend on the fast foods or canned foods in their eating which sometimes lead to the (no article here) botulism. Also, the canned drinks sometimes become dangerous because it contains certain gases which may cause osteoarthritis. Thirdly, a lot of people used to smoke. However, the (no article here) smoking is an important factor of diseases especially for lung and heart diseases. On the other hand, diseases may be caused by outside infections like influenza which infects the people with a certain virus then appears as fever and weakness in the body for several days. Insects also can infect the (no article here) people with some diseases. For example, there is an insect which called malaria mosquito. It infects the body with sleeping disease. Finally all of us must try to keep our health in the best condition by doing exercises, eating healthy foods and stopping smoking to save ourselves from diseases and medicines.
