There are a lot of uses for the car positive and negative uses. On the other hand, many of people use it in negative way. Cars are a means of transportation and not a means for killing people. I will discuss in this paragraph a few of causes and effect of the negative uses of the car. First, the high speed. For example, if you driving in a high speed you will lose the control of the car. Also, you will able to be in an accident in any time. So, we have to drive in low speed to avoid the accident. Second, passed the red light and ignore the signals. Statistics shows us a lot of accident caused by passing the red light and ignoring the signals. However, we have to do a lecture for the people to explain for them the danger of pass the red light and ignore the signals especially for the teenagers. Therefore, the government should to increase the penalties for those people who drive in a crazy way to save their life and the others life. Finally, we have to drive in a save way because the car is to transport the people not to kill them.
