Nowadays, many people prefer to eat junk food because it save their time, but they don’t know the effect of it. Potato chips, soft drinks, ice cream, cakes, hamburgers, hot dogs and other kinds of take away food are called junk food.
In this essay I’ll talk about these effects and why we have to stop eating junk food.
Firstly, junk foods usually contain loads of fats and that will cause people to put on weight and get fat. Secondly, it contain loads of sugar. Sugar makes the food taste so good, but too much sugar is unhealthy because it makes people fat, also it rots the teeth and it’s bad for the blood. Moreover, it often have too much salt and that is very bad for the heart.
Finally, it is probably OK to eat junk food sometimes, but it’s better to look for foods that are low in fats and salt and sugar.
In conclusion, I think that these effects of eating junk food are enough to keep you away from these foods and avoid them to stay healthy.

Good work. This is long but only has 7 gerunds/infinitives so it will only get one grade. However, that grade is 6/6 becasue there were no mistakes.
